Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Meadow Lodge

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All guests must provide valid identification such as Passport and Driving License. 
  • Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and prior approval.
  •  Additional fees may apply.

3. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property. A heavy charge of £200 will apply if this rule is violated.
  • No pets are allowed unless pre-approved in writing.
  • No parties or events unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
  • Maximum occupancy: Exceeding this limit without permission may
    result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
  • Parking – Guests are required to park their vehicles in the
    designated parking bays within the property and we are not
    responsible for any charges, fines, or penalties incurred if a
    vehicle is parked outside the allotted bay area.

4. Property Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its
    contents during their stay. Please report any issues or damages
    immediately.
  • A security deposit may be held and will be refunded in full,
    provided there is no damage or missing items after checkout.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses
    that occur while on the premises.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or
    valuables during your stay. Please ensure the property is locked
    when unattended.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel free of charge up to2days before your scheduled arrival.
  • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, 
  • we serve the right to cancel the reservation and provide a full refund.

7. Compliance with Booking Policies

  • All guests must comply with general terms, including their
    anti-discrimination, refund, and guest behaviour policies.
